Delivery & Returns

1. DELIVERY

1.1 Postage and packaging £3.95.

1.2 FREE delivery on orders overs £50.

1.3 All orders will be delivered via Evri (Formally, Hermes). 

1.4 Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery.

2. RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

You can return your item/s for a full refund within 14 days if:

2.1 You have changed your mind and the packaging remains un-opened and in the original packaging. Delivery charge will not be refunded. (Please retain returns receipt for your proof of return).

2.2 The item/s have arrived damaged.

2.3 You have received the wrong item/s.

2.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days back to the original method of payment. 

2.5 If you wish to exchange a product you have received, you will be responsible for covering the postage cost to return and receive the exchanged item/s.

2.6 We cannot accept refunds for products that have been opened.

2.7 In the unfortunate event that you have returned an item and it has gone missing, we will not be able to offer you a refund without proof of returns receipt.

2.8 Please ensure that you provide correct delivery details upon completing your order, as refunds will not be given for the entering of wrong details. However, if you notice that you have entered the wrong details, please contact us as immediately as we may be able to correct the details, provided the order has not been shipped.
