All treatments carried out at Tia Calder Aesthetics are available for persons 18 years old and above and are subject to suitability. Please ensure that you have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions before booking any treatment.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY:

• Privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times. However, information may be shared with other members of the healthcare profession, as appropriate if necessary.
• All photographs taken will be used for comparison, display, marketing and social media purposes with your consent. 

CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS:

• A consultation must be carried out prior to commencement of any treatment at Tia Calder Aesthetics. Clients are responsible for disclosing honest and accurate information on the consultation form.

• Consultation appointments require a £20 fee to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted off your treatment, or it will be refunded back to you if you are unsuitable or do not want to go ahead with treatment.
• Should you decide to go ahead with treatment post consultation, a treatment appointment will be arranged at your consultation appointment.
• If you wish to cancel your consultation, please allow at least 48hr before your appointment so that we can offer this slot to another customer. Failure to do so, will result in loosing your booking fee.
• If you are late for your appointment, this may result in your appointment being rescheduled for the next available date or time.
• In the extremely rare cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, however we will contact you in advance to inform you. No compensation will be given if we need reschedule your appointment.
• Alcohol is not to be consumed prior to any treatments at Tia Calder Aesthetics.

PAYMENTS:

• Tia Calder Aesthetics accepts cash and all major cards and credit cards.
• Payments are to be made prior to the commencement of treatment.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS:

• Follow up appointments for dermal filler and anti-aging treatments is 2 weeks post initial treatment. This excludes excessive armpit sweating and tear trough treatment which is 4 weeks post initial treatment.
• Follow up appointments are approximately 15-30 minutes and are carried out to establish the effectiveness of the initial treatment, and to determine whether additional treatment is required. Photographs will be taken for comparison purposes and for your records. 
• Free top ups are given for anti-aging treatments, on initially treated areas only, if required.
• Free tops ups are given for tear trough treatment at 4 weeks follow up appointment if required.
